  15.     What a good idea! A couple of weeks ago, I e-mailed Peter, and 
  16. encouraged him to upgrade WinIRC . I didn't mention  paying for it,
  17. although it would have been a good idea. I have been using WinIRC for a couple 
  18. of months. Despite its limitations I  like it. Should Peter see his way clear 
  19. to write a fully IRCII compliant version of WinIRC, there would be little left 
  20. undone, except to see Paris, and die.

  45.     Does anyone know if versions of uuencode and uudecode exist for Windows? I 
  46. have DOS versions. They work, but are, of course, far less convenient than 
  47. native windows apps would be.
